Privacy by Design, Choice by You

Feever operates on a strict "Ephemeral by Default" model. We do not store your data unless you explicitly choose to contribute to our community research.

1. Default State: Ephemeral Processing

If you simply upload a bill to get an analysis:

  • Your image is processed in a temporary container (Runpod Worker).
  • The analysis is returned to your browser.
  • The container, image, and data are immediately destroyed.
Nothing remains on our servers. It's as if the transaction never happened.

2. Opt-In: Data Donation

Checking the "Contribute to Feever" box is the specific action that overrides the default ephemeral behavior.


When you opt-in:

  • We strip all PII (Patient Name, Address, ID Numbers) from the result.
  • We ONLY store the line items and prices (e.g., "CBC Test: ₱850").
  • This anonymized data goes into a public dataset to help Angeles City residents spot overpricing.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Even in the donation flow, our system is designed to "forget" the link between you and the data. Once the PII is stripped and the pricing data is extracted, the original image is deleted. There is no way to reverse-engineer who uploaded the bill.
